What to Expect
Appointments
All of our appointments are 40 mins in length, your initial appointment will include a detailed assessment, some treatment and advice around the condition. We keep all our follow up appointments at 40 mins so we are not rushed and can take time to go through exercises and answer any questions fully.
We offer appointments in the evenings as well as Saturday mornings.

What Matters To You?
During our assessment we will find out what’s important to you; in order to tailor your physiotherapy treatment, and help you get back to the things that are most meaningful.
We will ask what you want to get out of the assessment; whether that be just getting a diagnosis, being shown some home exercises, receiving hands on treatment, advice on how to adjust daily routines and what you should or shouldn’t be doing. We will work with you to achieve your goals. We will never ask you to bulk buy sessions, you may be better and not need them all!
Supporting Your Needs
We support neurodiversity. If you are neurodivergent, or have ASD, autism, anxiety or any condition that may affect your assessment, please let us know in advance.
We will support you to get the most out of your appointment. Any client is welcome to bring someone with them to the appointment, we can turn music off, we can explain the assessment procedure before hand so you know what to expect, or speak on the phone before the appointment, whatever you need.
The Clinic
Our physiotherapy studio has been purpose built and is at the end of a residential driveway in Greenways crescent, Shoreham-By-Sea. The clinic has its own entrance, customer toilet, and a small hallway where you can wait if arriving early.
